About - Cathy L. Rumery CPA

Cathy Rumery, CPA, established her tax and accounting practice in 1995. The office is located in Beverly Massachusetts at the Cummings Center. Her practice services a mix of small business tax and accounting clients and individual tax clients. Cathy specializes in providing tax and accounting solutions for small businesses, sole proprietors, and  individuals . Her practice concentrates on preparation of all types of tax returns, including corporations, partnerships, individuals, and trusts. Also, she is an expert in computer accounting systems and installs and instructs clients in the proper use of these systems. She prides herself on providing quality services delivered in a timely manner utilizing the best technology available to today’s accountants. Cathy passed the Certified Public Accountant exam in 1983 and received her Massachusetts license in 1986. Her education includes a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. Prior to establishing her own practice, Cathy was employed for ten years as the tax manager for a regional accounting firm located in Woburn, MA.
